Refund policy

Returns:

All sales are final and non-returnable after ONE week of customer possession.  Returns within 7 days of product pick up date must be unused and still within original packaging.  RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

MATTRESSES have a 14 day trial period, within which customers may receive 100% store credit or up to 80% of the purchase price refunded.  This offer is only valid if a mattress pad or mattress protector has been used within the trial period dates.  Mattresses must be in showroom quality upon arrival back to our store (no pet fur, hair, stains, fabric rips, torn seams, or popped tufts) or it will be refused. TRIAL PERIOD IS FOR LOCAL SHOPPERS ONLY.  ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
